MudSlice makes specialist fencing spades and tools in Somerset. Proper tools, designed from years of experience doing the jobs they’re made for.

Behind MudSlice is Marc Preston - agricultural fencing contractor, tool designer and the original founder and designer of Bushpig spades, tools and netters. He’s spent years working on the fence line himself, developing designs around what actually makes life easier out in the field.

Our spades are made with Hardox® 450 heads - high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel that can handle the knocks, scrapes and general abuse that come with life spent in the dirt (and mud!).

Everything is made in Somerset, with an emphasis on smart, practical and functional design, and materials chosen to last. Because we think good tools should earn their keep - and stick around long enough to prove it.

MudSlice. Cutting through the sh*t.
